Procrastination Me

This Pretty much sums up the the beginning of  every week
If there is one thing I'm very good at it's procrastinating. Why do today when you can put off until tomorrow. I'm taking care of my procrastination issues: just you wait and see! I really what to do a blog post at least once or better yet twice a week. But it just doesn't seem to work out that way. At work all this month it's been go, go, go. Ten to 12 hour days have pretty much been the norm. When I do have any time to my self it's spent doing things I have to do around the house or around town. Or just veg out on the couch, I don't mean to forget about my blogger buddies. I'm afraid if I get on the web, and several hours pass and I'm late getting to bed. In the end I'm glad for the overtime, it's helping a lot to pay down some bills. And I'm saving for another grand adventure. I received an invite to visit Ur Spo down in Spo-ville. The times and details I'm still working out to make it work for both of us. It should be properly HOT when the time comes, not for a few more weeks most likely. And if I'm still working the overtime then. I might even take two weeks off. Besides the customary three days of vacation I always take the week of  Independence   Day.                                                                        Well it's starting to warm up here in the Central Plains. I've been out walking several times this past month. I should get the trek bike out oil up the chain and get out riding. I've always have some animal trying to chase me down. I need to build up my speed. At least it's not as bad as this guy! Well I'm glad I got a March blog post in, My real life is taking up too much of my online life Arrrggg!
...and that's how I beat my old speed record!

  1. It is good to hear from you, we start to wonder what happened when we don't hear for weeks. Spo-Ville is great fun. It is hard to say no to work, but no one ever says on their death bed, "I wished I had worked more weekends."

    1. Thanks again David for your kind comments. I never work weekends if I can avoid it. I'll probably be wish that I had spent more time there. Looks like there's lots to see and do while in Arizona. I'm very fair skinned so I'm sure I'll be making daily stops into Walgreen's for SPF90 sunblock.

  2. I wish I had overtime available! HAHAHAHA It's hard to get comp time here.

Take 2 weeks - one in AZ, one in VA! I could easily take a week off. But be prepared! If you think you procrastinate about things, wait until you see this place - I've been putting off housework for forever! Guess the boy and I will be busy if you can come!

    Peace <3

    1. Hi Jay, Well if you remember I did see your place last March. Don't worry about it. The only reason my place isn't always a major disaster is because I have a basement and attic to store junque. It would be nice if I could some how make it next year's to Frost-fest. Say hi to RB for me. 73s

    1. Thank You Dahling! I'm very excited, I've never been to Phoenix or Arizona before. Maybe some time I can make it to Philly?

    2. Randy,
If you ever make it to Philly, let me know. I'll see if I can meet you there. Also, consider visiting Toronto. You would love Toronto. Come up with Jay.

  5. Hey Randy,
You're getting to be quite the blogger! I loved this post. To me the qualities of a good blogger are being totally honest, sense of humor (wry best) and positive attitude. You have all these qualities. By the way, Pat suggested that you and Jay should visit Los Angeles next January when we're out there. We could have a mini-bloggerpalooza. I can see the four of us at Oil Can Harry's on disco night. Also taking the Universal Studio tour. Lots to do in L.A. Think about it. You only live once.
